General Conditions of Hire

Items included in the hire price: ♣ Delivery of equipment ♠ Hire of chips and tokens ♥ Assembly of equipment ♦ Trained croupiers

A non-refundable deposit of £40 per table is required at the time of booking to secure the tables of your choice for your chosen date; until this is given no booking is guaranteed.

Cancellation within 40 days of the event is subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the equipment hire including transportation costs if required.

Transportation costs are included in the hire price if within a 25 mile radius of the CV10 post code, £0.40 per mile thereafter.

All equipment will be checked prior to arriving at the event location and before leaving, damage or loss of equipment must be paid for in full on the night of the event.

The emphasis must always be placed on the “Fun” part of the casino, no individual or organisation may profit by running any of the casino hire equipment.

Items may be given as prizes by event organisers but must not be the main attraction for participation.

A deposit for the tables may be requested by ourselves in case of damage to the tables, this will depend on each individual event and make up part of the contract.
